We've changed our registration to a system that's more like an online store with a cart and checkout. All the payments will be processed using Pay Pal. If you don't have a Pay Pal account, don't worry, you can check out using a credit card.
Please read everything here so you know what to expect when you check out. Click here to get started building your registration. Use the coupon code Deposit at checkout (at Gift Certificate/Coupon field and click "Apply" button) and it will change the total due to the deposit due.
You will choose either:
- the one 4-day class held on March 3-6 (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday March 3-6) or
- one or two 2-day classes (either Saturday & Sunday March 3-4; Monday & Tuesday March 5-6)
Next you will choose the nights you plan to stay one at a time (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and/or Tuesday) by choosing the Lodge Stay Double Occupancy and clicking on the night you want, adding that to your cart, returning to shopping, finding Lodge Stay Double Occupancy again and selecting your next night, etc. Tuesday night stay is there, too, just as its own. We can't figure out how to bring it up by the others, but it is there!
Lodging is based on double occupancy, but you can add the private room surcharge of $42/night to your cart. If you know who you want to room with, send Deb Tewell a separate email at [email protected].
Note: If you are new to the event and do not know who you want to room with, someone who is staying the same nights as you will be assigned to you.
Lastly, you will need to choose your meals. If you want breakfast, click on that option and add it to your cart. Once it's added, you'll see a 'quantity' drop down option. Pick the number of breakfast meals you want. You then, return to shopping, find the lunch option and do the same process for that and again for dinner.
Finally, you have the option to pay a 30% deposit now (with the rest due by February 12th, 2018). If that is your preference, use the coupon code Deposit at checkout (at Gift Certificate/Coupon field and click "Apply" button) and it will change the total due to the deposit due. Before you check out, you'll be asked to create an account. The screen looks like this: Once you fill in your email and click "No, I am a new customer" then it will take you to a screen where you'll be asked to fill in your name and address. This is required. After you've inputted your information, click the Continue button on the bottom of the screen and that will take you to the check out page. The paypal button is on the bottom right.
